Thanks for checking out the Young Adults Ministry!

We are a group of 18-to-20-somethings who spend time hanging out and growing in faith together. In the Spring and Fall, we meet every Thursday night to talk about the Bible and how it can help guide our lives. In Summer and Winter, our weekly meetings turn into bonfires and hangouts at homes across the East Side.

Whether it’s Bible studies or bonfires, our group’s atmosphere is laid back and always open to big questions. As young adults, we have a unique perspective on the world and our own set of questions to answer. What does God want our singleness, dating lives, or the early years of our marriages to look like? How can we live out our faith at new careers and campuses? Can we cross divides to love people with fundamentally different perspectives than our own? We believe that God cares how we answer these questions, and we work together to live out these answers in ways that show His love to the world.

If you’re interested in learning more or want to join a Thursday night gathering, please reach out using the form below, and one of us will get back to you soon!

A: Probably not. There’s no “maximum age” for the young adults ministry—the average age is 18 to 30. As long as you feel comfortable hanging out with us, you’re welcome to stay as long as you like.

A: Our hangouts regularly host about 30 young adults, with Bible study nights running slightly smaller.

Our group has people with very different faith experiences, from new believers to lifelong Christians. Whether faith is a longtime part of your life or something you’re exploring for the first time, we’re glad to have you join us.

A: Yes! We do special events throughout the year, including camping trips, kayaking, visits to the Zoo, and other fun stuff. You can check out the events section on this webpage to see what’s coming up.

A: Right now, the Young Adults Ministry does not offer childcare. We do have some adorable babies who are regular attenders, and little ones are always welcome at our Summer and Winter hangouts.
