The Hubbell Group

Tuesdays | 6:00pm

Gather with other couples with young kids to study the bible. Meets in Union Township.

The Young Married Group

Saturdays | 10:00am-11:30am

This group consists of young married couples. Meets at Mount Carmel. Child Care Is Provided.

Spiritual Links Group

Thursdays | 10am

This is a fun-loving group for individuals and couples aged 50+. Meets at Mount Carmel.

Young Adult Group

Thursdays | 7pm-9pm 

We’d love for you to join our Young Adults group! Meets at Mount Carmel. Ages 18-30. Couples and Singles.

Support Groups

GriefShare

Starting September 17 | 6:30pm-8:00pm | Every Tuesday through December 10, including Thanksgiving week.

If you are suffering through grief, this is the group that will come around and support you. Meets at Mount Carmel. 

Embrace Grace

Starting July 31 | 6:30pm-8:00pm

Embrace Grace, our ministry to single pregnant women, bridges the gap by easing the fear and uncertainty of an unplanned pregnancy and connects them to a support system to help them be brave. These brave mamas become part of a spiritual family within the church that provides practical, spiritual and emotional help. Meets at Mount Carmel. Child care is available.

Homeschool Group

Every other Wednesday | 1:30pm

This group is for families who attend Mount Carmel and are currently homeschooling (if you’re considering homeschooling, feel free to drop in or reach out with questions!). Meeting bi-weekly throughout the year, we’ll have fun activities and games for the kids, group outings/field trips, and opportunities for fellowship and connection for parents and caregivers. We’d love for you to join us and meet your fellow Mount Carmel homeschoolers!

High School Students

October High School Students will meet: 10/13, 10/20, 10/27 from 5:30pm-7:00pm

November Middle School Students Will Meet: 11/13 from 5:30pm-7:00pm

December Middle School Students Will Meet: 12/4, 12/18 from 5:30pm-7:00pm

This evening small group service is for our high school students who want to dig deeper into God’s word, hang out with other students, and have a good time together!

Middle School Girls  Bible Study

October Middle School Students Will Meet: 10/2, 10/16, 10/30 from 6:00pm-7:30pm

November Middle School Students Will Meet: 11/13 from 6:00pm-7:30pm

December Middle School Students Will Meet: 12/4, 12/18 from 6:00pm-7:30pm

Groups Minister

I’ve been married to my amazing wife Becky for over 40 years (I definitely “married up”!). We have a daughter who is a screenwriter in Hollywood and a son who is a professional musician in Nashville. I have an undergrad degree from Ozark Christian College and a Masters from Cincinnati Christian Seminary. I’ve been in the ministry for over 40 years, but the most recent 20+ years have been devoted to developing small groups in large churches.  I love to see folks getting together in groups to study the Bible and get involved in each others’ lives!
