As the season of Christmas approaches, we are reminded of the incredible gift of love, grace, and generosity that God gave us. In the spirit of this season, we are excited to invite you to participate in our Giving Tree, a wonderful opportunity to spread love and kindness to our neighbors in need.
How You Can Help:
Families have the option to shop for themselves or receive assistance. Additionally, each family will receive a Christmas Cookie Kit and a craft to help create lasting holiday memories.
Here are several ways you can get involved and make a meaningful impact:
- Gift Cards: We are collecting gift cards to Wal-Mart, Amazon, or Target in amounts of $30 and $50 to distribute to families. (Please, no e-gift cards.)
- Go Shopping: Tangible gift requests will be listed on tags hanging from the Giving Tree in the foyer. Please take a tag, purchase the requested item, and return it unwrapped with the tag attached.
- Online Shopping: We’ve set up an Amazon Wishlist for you to conveniently shop online and have your items shipped directly to the Giving Tree. To view the Wishlist and make a purchase, click here.
- Christmas Cookie Kits: We are also collecting a variety of items to fill the Christmas Cookie Kits for our families. Specific items will be listed on the tree tags in the foyer.
Important Dates:
- Please return all gifts to the church and/or purchase items from the Amazon Wishlist by Sunday, November 30.
Together, we can make this Christmas season brighter for those in need. Your participation, no matter how big or small, will be a blessing to others.
